In April of 2001, I engaged Rosanne and her firm to conduct
a cultural alignment assessment and improvement program for a subsidiary
of my company, DocuSource
Our personnel were very grateful
that management invested in this process and provided a very safe
and candid environment to address issues. We identified many areas
where the expectations of job responsibilities and goals were out
of sync with the employees understanding. Our staff not only
identified issues with our environment, but also were participative

which ARCO China has enjoyed with Rosanne Ren over the past several

our pay practices in our Beijing office in 1996
Under Rosannes

- Property Operations
Elaine, in January 2001, JPI conducted a leadership development
program, Blueprint for Change, for 17 community managers
in the Southern Division. Participants in this two-day workshop
made specific commitments to increase their skills, take action
on the job, and produce results at a higher level than previously
achieved. Significant performance improvements and business results
were realized. Surveys of the community managers supervisors
indicated an overall 47% skills improvement in the three targeted
competencies. In addition, the JPI Asset Management group evaluated
the actions taken by the community managers during the 90-day follow
up and attributed over $8 million of value added to the properties
as a result of their projects. Your firms involvement from
the strategic planning stage, to the needs analysis stage, to the
design and delivery of the workshop and the post-workshop followup
helped transfer workshop learning into workplace action

Ms. Weeman's tools for dealing with challenging interpersonal
professional relationships are "real world" and not just
based on theory. Through the coaching program, I gained self-confidence
